Default Merging 2 different cells containing IF formula & change in cell values based on multiple time frame

Hi Experts,



Two situations here which needs a solution.

1) merging two different IF formulas in one cell, which should in sync with each other.

2) changing the values of a cell which contains IF formula, based on time duration which is validated from a list of multiple time frame.

Please find the attached file for your reference. Kindly revert for any clarification.
