Default VB Code in Excel Active worksheet

Hello, How I can write VB Code in Excel sheet. I want to write VB code in my worksheet.
Logic is that when I change tab the backgroup color should become 'RED' and fot color should become 'WHITE'
Means the current tab's the backgroup color should become 'RED' and fot color should become 'WHITE'.

Please advise how can I write the code and how I can save and run. Help please. Thanks.
