As pictured below, the area from "Grade" to the left is locked in place however it has created a line that goes down the entire length of the spreadsheet and goes straight through graphs.
Could someone tell me how I could remove this?

I don't think you can. That line is there to show where the "freeze pane" is set. The only to remove it, is to remove the "freeze pane" option.
