Question How Do I unlock a worksheet?

I've been entering data into a worksheet and the created a pivot table.

Now I can't enter further data beyond the rang of the pivot table. How can this be fixed?

Do you mean you cannot extend the data source, or that the PT will not take the added records into account?
Is the worksheet (partially) protected?

The pivot table goes to row 123. below row 123 a grey area appears and I cannot ener data into row 124 because there is no row 124 and beyond. I did not invoke any protection.

I don't remember how XP looks like but try selecting the entire sheet with Ctrl+A then Format - Column - Unhide
and
Format - Rows - unhide
That should help

Thank you for your suggestion. The XP version is the same as 2003.
Your suggestion did not work. I had tried that. I however did come right by clicking on the down arrow of the primary column used for the pivot table and selecting all.
I appreciate your efforts.
Regards
