Default Getting difference in time as a decimal and percentage of an hour

Hi,

I was wondering if anyone can help please? Im looking to subtract an end time from a beginning time and then display that as a decimal and then take that decimal and convert it to a percentage of an hour(s) can anyone help?

As an example:

Start Time - 11:15
End Time - 13:30
Time in decimal - 2.25

As its 2 and a quarter hours

Thanks
