Default Exctract values from multiple list and sum them up

I have a list of materials with quantities for several assemblies. Each assembly has some duplicate material with differing quantities. I want to tally them up to find how many of each material are needed. How can I do that in either cell functions or macros?

In short, if you look at my attachment, I want to get from the assembly lists there to the Total list there.

File Type: xlsx lists.xlsx (33.6 KB, 10 views)
