Default I need help creating a conditional format

I need to create a conditional format on number of days elapsed. I need the cell to change colors after 13 days but less that 30 days, after 29 days but less than 60 days, after 59 days but less than 90 days. This will be calculated by random date entered and today's date.

That was exactly what I had done in my first upload (see sheet xor in present file): In sheet tonydoneese I have used your lay-out.

Yeah but I need a single cell multiconditional format. I just don't know how to write the argument. Maybe it would include some IF formulas.

I don't think you are especially helpful.

What about checking the conditional formatting of cell E3 and then tell exactly what is wrong?
