Default Average Processing Time

Hi All,

I am not sure how I can get the average time spent per item being matched by my associates and I need some help.

I apologize if I cant explain it better, here are the data;

Data Officer Time Spent (hh:mm) Item Match Average Processing Time

Officer 1 03:00 73 ?
Officer 2 03:00 109 ?
Officer 3 03:00 59 ?
Grand Total 09:00 241 ?

What i want to know is how many minutes time spent per item being matched by the Data Officer based on hours spent and item matched.

Hope someone can help or provide better way of doing it.

Code:
Data Officer	Time Spent (hh:mm)	Item Match Average Processing Time
Officer 1 3:00 73 ?
Officer 2 3:00 109 ?
Officer 3 3:00 59 ?
Grand Total 9:00 241 ?
Pardon my slowness ... please explain your data above. Specifically, what is ITEM MATCH ?

I'm guessing ITEM MATCH is the total number of units Officer 1 processed in 3 hrs ?

Hi Logit,

Yes, Item Matched are the number of items a Data Officer was able to match in 3 hours.
