Question Only display rows containing a keyword?

Let's assume I have a spreadsheet with 10 columns and 10 rows.

Let's then assume 5 of the rows contain the word 'Hello', though the word is in different columns on each row.

Is it possible to hide all rows that do not contain the word 'Hello' anywhere within a row?
