Trying to open a webpage, enter a Parcel Number and download a pdf to an Excel 2016 (MAC) spreadshe
I am trying to create a macro that automates the inport of a PDF file to an excel spread sheet. Below I have listed the steps that generates the final PDF file.
The pdf file is pathed as follows: Open Browser(safari) - Enter "http://www.hamiltoncountyauditor.org" - Select "Property Search" - Method of search (select "Parcel ID") - Enter Parcel ID (sample:100-0001-0301-00) - select "Property Report" - select "Generate Report". The last step generates a PDF file that I want to import into an Excel spreadsheet. What would be the process of creating a Macro button that would automate this entire process? I am using a Mac running macOS Sierra 10.12.4. Also using Excel 2016 for Mac. Thank you in advance for your help. |
