If I understand correctly, try this:

=IF(MAX([@Total2],[@Début])-MIN([@Total2],[@Début])=0,"",TEXT(MAX([@Total2],[@Début])-MIN([@Total2],[@Début]),"-H::MM"))

Out of curiosity, why are you using the TEXT function?
