Default Formula

Hello all

Does anyone know of a formula I could use to complete the following:

I have a spreadsheet that contains multiple sets of information and I would like to determine if each group has more than 3 lines within the group (see attached example). I started by numbering each line in every group (Column XXX) which wasnt difficult at all using a formula, now I want flag whether or not each line falls within a group that either has or does not have more than 3 lines within the group (Column 3 and Up). I have been manually doing it but the spreadsheet has over 100k lines and would be time consuming to go group by groupd/line by line. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

My apologies NBVC, I tried that formula on the example that I provided and it did work. I tried it on my real spreadsheet and it didnt work. It may be because I started where I left off at when doing it manually instead of from the beginning. I will try that now.
