Question Referencing different sheets

Hello.
I have a workbook with a LOT of sheets, labeled as dates(3-1-16, 3-2-16 ect.)
I have a master sheet that is pulling a specific cell from each sheet.

I need to be able to do something to automate the ever updating sheets, like right now each cell of the master sheet is something like ='3-1-16'!b$1' and each line I am typing in the name of the sheet each time. I need to be able to do like 1000 of these quickly and not have to copy down the ='3-1-16'!b$1' for the thousand and change each one to be the correct sheet name(date).
Any ideas?
Thanks!
