Where is "scale to fit" option (for charts) in Excel 2007?

Default Where is "scale to fit" option (for charts) in Excel 2007?

I'm looking everywhere in Excel 2007 for the "scale to fit page" or "use full page" options - is it possible these have been removed, meaning we would have to manually proportion all your charts to the size and layout of the intended printout? That seems crazy to me . . .
