Year date not showing at bottom of chart.
Numbers on bottom axis shows 1, 2, 3, etc. instead of year of 2002, 2003, 2004, etc.

You didn't set a horizontal axis...
Right Click chart >> select Data Select Edit on the horizontal axis Axis label range: ='Tables & Charts'!$A$3:$A$9 Not sure why you have the Year as a series? Seems as that could be removed which would leave you with just Extramural Funding as the solo series
