Font and Fill Colors invisible in Excel 2007

Have WIN10

Colors are visible in Excel 2007 "Print View" but not in edit screen.
Colors are visible in Word 2007 edit screen and "Print View"
Conditional formatting cleared.
High contrast in Ease of Access Turned off.
Same problem on different monitors.
Reinstalled Office 2007 same problem.

Seems it has to be an Excel issue, and I think it could have come up after upgrading from WIN8.2 to WIN10.

Flummoxed in the Northwest.
