Default some reference formula issues.

Hello

I have a table of information, devided to 3 columns Width, Height and Name.
Both width and height numbers assemble a name for a part i have a name.
Those parts with names are already a registered item.

As part of my work, if i have a new width and height i need to check in the table for the correct items name.
the could be a few rows with the same height and some roows with the same width but eventually for every name their will only be width and height.
How can i find the right row?

I tried to pass an image hope i succeeded

Thanks
Omer Gassner
