Stacked Bar chart date issue

I'm using a project mgmt excel dashboard which included a stacked bar chart. The template had dates from 2015, I"m using it for project which has dates from 2017 on. The chart still "thinks" it needs to show on the axis 2015 dates which makes the gannt chart inaccurate . However the data source does not have any 2015 tasks. I tried different things but looks to me like a bug or something.

Please advise how to fix the gantt chart that pulls data from the notes table
