Default simple inventory sheet "i think"

Hi everyone i need help doing this simple inventory, i really have no clue on how to do it. ask me anything about alarm and cctv systems and i will be able to help but when it comes to excel im the biggest dumb at it.
so i have already figured out how to add from cell quantity E, tech1 F, tech2 G and come up with total at total H, what i want to be able to do is if i add tech1 "F" x amount it will automatically subtract from "E" quantity and the same for tech2 "G" and show the total in "H"
Quantity is what i have in stock at the office
tech1 is what he has in there truck
tech2 is what he has in there truck
total is my overall stock

Let me see if I get this straight, already you have an equation that adds E:G to get H. But if you give more from E to either F or G, you would like the quantity deducted from E. Is that correct?

i am adding E+F+G=H
i want to be able to add in F or G to be deducted from E and still have total in H if it makes sence this way? thank you for the reply

So would the second equation (the one you're wanting) be F-E, but still have E+F+G=H? Or F-E=H?

Basically where do you want to show the total from F-E?

if i add in F and G i want to subtract in E and show total of E,F,G in H

Oh, I think I see what you mean...

100 - 20 - 30 = 50, right? (just an example)

So basically E would be the total you want, F and/or G is how many you have, then H is what's still needed. I just want to make sure I understand properly.

no
E is stock in office
F is inventory held by tech1
G is inventory held by tech2
H is overall stock be E,F,G
if i give F or G inventory i want to subtract from E "office" and still have total in H
i already have E,F,G added to H and when i subtract inventory from F and G my totals are correct in H but its not subtracted from E

ive updated pic because the first one had wrong imputs
also attached the file

Ok I understand now! Thank you for clearing that up. Let me work on it for a bit, I know I've done something similar to that before. But now that it's clear exactly what you're looking for, someone else might be able to answer before me.

*EDIT*
Ok so right off the bat, I can give you one thing that will work until someone smarter can help (unless you're good with this solution).

So in E enter the starting inventory, subtract F, subtract G. (I can't see the numbers for your row, so I'm going to assume "GE Panel" is row 3)
E3 = 25-F3-G3

In H enter "=Sum(E3:G3)"

Then copy these two formulas down to the bottom of your columns. The only thing I'm not sure you'll like about this is that if you update the store's inventory, you'll have to update E. But that is simple to do. Just click on E and in the bar above the column headers (highlighted in the picture) just adjust that starting number.

Hope that helps.

this is almost there, when i add in F or G over the quantity already establish it deducts from E correctly but if i a lower quantity on F or G it adds it to E, i just need it to deduct and not add to E

If I understand correctly, you won't be able to do this with simple formulas since you will have dependency errors.
