Hello,

I am working on a Gantt Chart. I was using a template, but now when I try to add additional tasks and dates, it will not add them. Attached is my spreadsheet.

If anyone can offer any advice or help, I would greatly appreciate it.

Activate the chart.
Right click and Select Data.
Choose Start and press Edit.
Change the Series Values reference as required.
OK.

Same procedure for Duration.

If you un-merge row 3 and 4, put your headings in B4:E4 and make B4:E24 an Excel Table the chart will automatically adjust in case of more tasks.
