Exclamation need help! broken column & bar chart for multiple categories of data

Currently writing my master's thesis due next week.
See attachment: Trying to get the 24hr citric S halved as a broken column but unable to produce a chart with both the 24hr. and 120hr. data while also including broken column in same chart.

I highlighted where I attempted different ways of organizing the data for the broken column.
Would be so grateful to anyone who could help!!!
