Whern I try to input a number in Excel start 2010 it has suddenly started putting whole numbers after decimal point
I have tried every option but I cannot get out of this situation It had been working precviously |

I input 4, with option "Greneral" it commes up as 0.04
I tell it 2 decimal places, it comes up again at 0.04 I tell it no decimal places, it comes up as 0 Any suggestions? Keggie |

I haven't got XL here. Perhaps check the Options to see of something is abnormal

You should do as Pecoflyer suggests.
Click File (on the Ribbon) then Options then Advanced. Remove tick mark at Automatically insert a decimal point. |
