Default Help with Excel 2010

I would like to get some help with Excel 2010/2013.

Is it and how it is possible to...
1. arrange dates automatically - when a person enters a month then dates appears to the DATE-column

2. freeze all the columns, that a person can edit and enter only his/her name, month, times, objects, additional information

3. can not change the size and the formation of the table

1. Where you type in January, enter it as the date e.g. 1/1/17. Format it to display as the you like. The format for full month is "MMMM". Then use formulas to put the dates into your table. You can get creative to have it suppress invalid dates such as February 30.

2. and 3. Use Cell/worksheet protection.
