Default Cells with wrap text not showing text

I have a user here who has a problem I can't figure out. If she has a cell formatted to wrap text, it will not show the text in the cell. Doesn't matter how short or long the text is, it will not show. Have some cells with only 1 name in them. The text for the cell shows up in the formula bar. It also shows if you double click on the cell to edit the text, but as soon as you hit enter you can no longer see the text. Any ideas on how to resolve this issue?

Thanks,
Larry

Default Text Not showing in cell

This might be a simple thing such as the text is formatted to white (assuming the cell background is white).
