Default How to combine massive data from different months?

I need some help here with Excel/PowerPivot.

I'm extracting data each month for statistics. The data/fields are the same each month. However, as the data is large, only PowerPivot can handle this extraction.

This is an example of the type of data I'm extracting for a Laboratory:

Identifier Type of Specimen Test Name Run Date
123456789 Patient Cholesterol 11 Nov 2016
223456789 QC Calcium 05 Nov 2016

If the request is to have this monthly report combined into Quarterly ie Oct/Nov/Dec into 1 report, how do I perform this combination without any knowledge on programming? The relationship function ins powerpivot only allow files with related data but not exact fields....

Thanks!
