I have been asked to create a Survey with 6 questions (5 dropdown lists and 1 check box). 2 of the dropdown list question depending on answer may expose a text box.
Can I do this in Excel? I also want to record the answered to allow for analysis. any advice wud be great! |

FYI...there are also online survey platforms such as SurveyMonkey which I have used.
