Default Summing Vertical Data Horizontally

Hi further to the advice of Xor last year I have rearranged my data vertically however still have a problem with summing the total sales weekly and I would really appreciate some help.
Please see the attached updated spreadsheet.

On sheet 1, you will find all the core data that will be input.
In columns N and 0 you will see the summation of the shop sales and orders by day.
The start of the week is on Monday so the first Monday of the financial year will be 10th April 2017.
All I want to do is take the vertical daily sales and orders in sheet 1 and sum them horizontally in sheet 2 - but I cannot do this by copying down so have to do it manually.
Is there a formula that can do this easily starting from 10th April and summing every week for the entire year?

Thanks in advance
