Default Need help please!

I am trying to create a color chart with an green arrow in a celll pointing up if the trend of the last six months data is positive, an yellow flat line if the trend is even or a red down arrow if the trend is declining.

My tables are laid out by month from Jan 2005 - Dec 2006 with each column being a month. The Left hand column of the table has the names of the team members and the data represents how billable they are for each month.

There are 60 members on this team so it is really hard to represent in a graph, but a chart showing their names and their trend may be easier to read.

Any ideas of a good way to represent this data?

Have you tried conditional formatting? Excel 2007 has pretty useful icons under conditional formatting that should do the trick.
