Default More than one sum in a block

Hi I need help.

I want to get a cell to take a value and subtract another and use that total to work out the percentage to equal that cell.
How do I do this?

So basically this is what I am doing and it's an error

=sum(H15-G2) * (14%)

Looks correct ( although the sum function is redundant)
Which error do you get?
Try =(H5-G2)*0.14
