Data value and word description

Hi

I am not sure how to explain this and keep it short, but here goes.

I have two sheets as shown in the attached image file.

in Sheet one:
I58 and J58 shows a total average of their individual columns
K58 is the answer to I58 multiplied by J58 (in the image giving a total of 9)

I am trying to automate columns LMN58 to identify K58 (which is 9 and falls between 5 and 12 of sheet two) as a "Minor Risk"

So in column LMN I would see "Minor Risk" and if K58 had it's values changed for lets say to 20 it would display "Moderate Risk"

If there is a training video that can show me how this is done, it would be perfect, I am still a beginner on Excel, and still learning my way around excel.

What do you want to see if K58 is for example:
5 (Negligible Risk or Minor Risk)
12 (Minor Risk of Moderate Risk)
22

I saw the error in the Matrix. I thought instead of multiplying Severity and Probability, it would make it simpler to add them up instead as shown in the picture attached.

Yes that worked well

I noticed you using lookup, I did some research and ended up using Vlookup.
