Default Dropdown list with values

Hey all,

Hoping you can help. Im not too excell savvy so please bear with ne as i try to explain this.

I am in the process of attempting to create a spreadsheet to assist in quoting. I have sorted out drop down lists however what i am trying to achieve is a selection in the dropdown list have a value, for example select 6mm clear in a dropdown list has a value of 25 so when cells are added together then multiplied by the selected dropdown it spits out a total cost.

Hope this is understandable

Could you possibly upload a file and give examples of expected results?

This can be done with an ActiveX Combobox control. Setting these up is not easy. Attached is an example. I can help further.

I am not at all sure what you want.

You write that cell E4 has a value of $165, but in E4 you have (by means of Data Validation) restricted the values to be chosen to be 0, 1, 2, 3, 4 or 5. You write that cell F4 has a value of $112.5 but values that can be chosen are 6mm A to 6mm F. Something similarly for cell H4.

I don't understand.
