Default formula to grab information on different sheet, only if meeting certain criteria

Hi,
I am hoping you can help me. I have created an IF formula to grab the information I require, however when the criteria is not met, it fills the box with FALSE. Instead, I would like it to skip and move onto next cell. Ideally I do not want spaces between my list.
I have attached a copy of the sheet. On the PaRR tab, I would like cell A2 to display the school name from the Services tab, but only if it is in the specified region. As you can see I have spaces in between my results. Is it possible to remove these? Thank you.
