I am not at all sure what you want.
You write that cell E4 has a value of $165, but in E4 you have (by means of Data Validation) restricted the values to be chosen to be 0, 1, 2, 3, 4 or 5. You write that cell F4 has a value of $112.5 but values that can be chosen are 6mm A to 6mm F. Something similarly for cell H4. I don't understand.
