Default how to find out hours worked between midnight and 6 am

hi people im stuck on a formula that only works out hours worked between midnight and 6am minus break times. ive attached a screen shot to make it easyer the blue columb is what columb "e" should return. thanks in advance

Thanks XOR works a treat ive been look at it for a few days but got no where.
