Graph - Need a second X axis on the Top of Graph

Question explained in the excel document,


Essentially I have two x columns of data and one y column of data, I need to have the graph produce two x axis. See Excel Attachment.

Firstly thanks for the help,
Yes that is essentially it, However I needed the top X axis in reverse order,
I have just now put it into reverse order so that is fine, The only problem is that the numbers are not lining up.

I need the 0.5 on the Top x axis to line up with the zero on the bottom x axis etc, so like X top and X bottom points lining up like so : ( I attached latest copy) Cheers.
