Default Figuring out an equation that has two different criteria

I'm having trouble figuring out an equation to find data that is dependent on two different criteria. I need to find the equipment #'s that have two different entries that are both 'opened' and 'closed'.

My equipment is in column E and my open/closed is in column S.

I have no idea what I am doing. -_-
