Rolling up monthly results based on weeknum?
I have a large amount of data that has to be reported weekly and monthly. I was able to use ISOWEEK to create my weekly results along with Week Beginning and Week Ending dates. However, I have not been able to roll those weekly results up to Monthly results. I'm trying to avoid having to create individual formulas for each month like Jan = 1-5, Feb =6 - 10, Mar = 11-15 etc.
Any way to do this? I can't use the MONTH of the date since many of those cross into different weeknums. Thanks! Also posted at http://www.mrexcel.com/forum/excel-q...d-weeknum.html (note: newbie hand slapped, but no solution offered) |

Do not crosspost your question on multiple forums without including links here to the other threads on other forums.
Cross-posting is when you post the same question in other forums on the web. The last thing you want to do is waste people's time working on an issue you have already resolved elsewhere. We prefer that you not cross-post at all, but if you do (and it's unlikely to go unnoticed), you MUST provide a link (copy the url from the address bar in your browser) to the cross-post. We are here to help so help us to help you! Read this to understand why we ask you to do this, and then please edit your first post to include links to any and all cross-posts in any other forums (not just this site).
