Default Rolling up monthly results based on weeknum?

I have a large amount of data that has to be reported weekly and monthly. I was able to use ISOWEEK to create my weekly results along with Week Beginning and Week Ending dates. However, I have not been able to roll those weekly results up to Monthly results. I'm trying to avoid having to create individual formulas for each month like Jan = 1-5, Feb =6 - 10, Mar = 11-15 etc.

Any way to do this? I can't use the MONTH of the date since many of those cross into different weeknums.

Thanks!
