Default Convert from excel 97

Hi

Can anyone please help me. I am converting from XP to windows 10 and have hundreds of excel 97 files I need to convert. I have loaded them to my laptop, but excel doesn't recognise them when I 'open'.

Is it possible to convert them all at once, rather than one at a time ?

John

Excel 97-2003 workbooks don't need conversion to work with Excel 2016. Unless they've been corrupted, they should open just fine.
