Default Printing an envelope

I am trying to print address & return address on a # 10 envelope. I have selected paper type as envelope and specified #10 envelope. I have all my margins set to 0.0 but it is still printing 1.5 inches away from the edge of the envelope.

Can anyone tell me why?

No... It's an excel question. I have set a sheet up in excel that uses an excel database to print out envelopes... I think it might actually be an issue with the way my printer works.
