What is the formula for getting the percentage for time

Hi,

I need some help with the formula for this. (please see image)

Example:
I need to get the percentage of the total time.
Call duration - (minus) (Talk time + Hold)

As shown in the image. The total time doesn't match The total should only be 6 minutes, since talk time (6mins + Valid Hold 3 mins - call duration 15 mins)

I just want to get the correct total in percentage.
