I previously created a spreadsheet in Excel 2010 that allowed me create a default range for printing. This range grew as I added new rows of data into the spreadsheet so that each time I added new data and clicked the print icon, only rows through the last row plus one additional blank row are printed. Unfortunately, I cannot figure out how I created this dynamic range. Any help would be appreciated.

Maybe formatting the data as a TABLE? Then the print range would reflect the table, rather than cell references.
