Default Adjusting vertical cell size to fit text

I am trying the adjust the cell size of a combined cell (two cells combined into one) in MS excel, such that all the text in it can be fit to be viewed in its entirety, without having to manually adjust the cell size (e.g. expanding cell 641 vertically) via mouse gestures.

Could it be done?
