Default Update to Win10

I'm currently using MS Office7. Since my upgrade to Win10, the cells of the body of my spreadsheets are very small. At the same time, the task bars at the top of the Excel sheets are sized as before, much larger than the body.

Where do I adjust and/or change the resolution of my spreadsheet?
