I have a cell D3 which displays 2000kg and I have another cell D11 which displays a sum from a formula using the 2000kg I would like the cell D11 to change colour if it is =to or less than ten percent of the total of cell D3 I have entered the formula =D11<0.1*D3 it presently changes to red constantly what am I doing wrong
