Default Db2 connection at run time

I need to execute db2 query using excel macro, need to connect to db2 at run time i.e. When I execute the query using macro at that time only login credentials needs to be given. I have recorded the wizard step to connect to db2 and run a query now the only thing I need to know is to establish the connection at run time.

How to initiate a wizard to provide credentials and how to use that credentials to run the query.

Appreciate your help. Thanks!
