Auto update excel graph range, ignore data when date reads 00-Month-00

I am having some issues with excel giving me complex data errors when graphing data in excel. I would like the data to update when the date range is updated for the workbook and when the date reads 00-Month-00 ignore the rest of the data starting at that point. Hopefully the attached spreadsheet will help it make more sense.
