Showing percentages in a pivot table
I am trying to calculate reliability percentages. I have a table that shows each piece of equipment, the date is was scheduled to be used, and the date it was actually used. There are several pieces of equipment that we are tracking. My end state is to show a chart of this data.
In my pivot table I am showing the piece of equipment, the count of the days it was scheduled for use, and the count of the days it was actually used. I want to show the information as percentages. For example: The tractor was scheduled for use 4 days this week. For whatever reason it was only available 3 of those days it was scheduled. In my chart the end result I want to see is for the tractor a bar showing only 75% availability. I cannot, however, figure out how to only show that 75%. |
