Default Formula Help

I am creating a spreadsheet and need help with a formula for a budget I am creating. It is a 16 month outlook. If I input a value in one row (row 3), I want it to project out 12 columns in the row (row 4) below the one I inputted.

I want to be able to input a value ($150) into a cell (B3) and then it automatically put a value ($45) in cells C4-Q4.

This needs a bit more information. Are you talking about compound interest or something else. A good example of what you want to display would help.

B3 = $150 and C3 =$450
Then
C4 = $45; D4 = $180; E4 = $180; F4 = $180; G4 = $180; H4 = $180; I4 =are three $150 equaling $450, there will be three $45, totaling $135, in D4-Q4. And there is a total of four $45, totaling $180, in D4-N4.

And want this to continue to build as $150 amounts are inputed into cells in row three, row four is populated with twelve cells of $45. And these $45 will continue to add up too. $180; J4 = $180; K4 = $180; L4 = $180; M4 = $180; N4 = $180; O4 = $135
Because each $150 entered in row 3 will project out twelve cells of $45 in row 4.
So B3 has one $150 then there will be one $45 in C4-N4. Because there

What is the relationship between B3 and C3

A ruff calculation to explain C4 D4 and why O4 = $135

Row 3 will be a manual input in increments of $150. For each $150, I want to have 12 cells populate in row 4. So, with the example I gave, of B3 = $150 and C3 = $450, is why row 4 has one cell with $45, eleven cells of $180, and one cell of $135.

Does this make sense?

Why 45,180 and 135. What relationship have they to either 150 or 450

450/10 = 45 do you mean
Cell C4 =sum(C3/10)
D4 =sum(C3/2.5)

Need more to go on.

here will be three $45, totaling $135, in D4-Q4.

but you have $180, in some of these cells
