Error in If statements
=IF(J18=76,P18*13),IF(J18=89,P18*20)
The above function returns #Value! What am I doing wrong? |

Your formula isn't valid. Try:
=IF(J18=76,13,IF(J18=89,20,0))*P18 You need to provide an 'else' result for cases where J18 isn't either 76 or 89. I've put a 0 in the formula where that should go.

Hi
As you have Excel 2016, use the IFS function. =IFS(J18=76,P18*13,J18=89,P18*20) |

I tried this but it came up with a #NAME? error which would indicate I do not have Excel 2016. Thank you for your help. The previous solution worked so all is well.

Thank you Paul that worked. What is the zero for again?

OTH you indicate in your data that you use Office2016?? The 0 is the result if J18 is not equal to 76 nor 89
